The purchase of E-Commerce products at the SOCALEIRAS Online Store is subject to the following terms and conditions:
These General Conditions in force are intended to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of the Service in our Online Store.
The purchase of any product in our Online Store implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Online Sale.
Access to the SOCALEIRAS Online Store is free of charge and does not require prior subscription or user registration.
Products, prices and contents
SOCALEIRAS reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and/or services.
The images that illustrate each product may differ from the product subsequently delivered.
Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and items for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock. In the event of a temporary or permanent out of stock, the customer will be duly notified, and an alternative of products with similar characteristics will be suggested, for the intended purpose.
Under Portuguese legislation, product prices are indicated in € (Euros) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, as well as the cost of packaging. The cost of transport for the customer is not included, it will be taxed separately and added to the total purchase.
The promotions presented in our online store are only valid on this platform.
02.Orders and payments
To make your purchase in our Online Store, you must register as a customer.
After registering, the user can place his order by selecting the desired products. You must follow all the steps described for the order to be successfully completed.
After confirming the order in our online store, you must select the payment method you want, among the available options, Paypal or transfer to account no. 0033 0000 4537 8963 018 05 indicating the order number mentioned, so that we can identify your payment,, (if you do not identify the order number when placing your order, it will only be processed after confirmation of payment. The formalization of the order in itself does not constitute a reservation of the products.
After confirming the order in our online store, an email will be sent to the contact address registered by the customer, when placing the order, with all details about delivery, billing and payment information. Changes to the conditions of unshipped orders or the cancellation of an unshipped order can be carried out when requested via email email@example.com.
If the order is not paid within 3 working days, it is considered void, so you must place a new order in our online store.
Orders placed by users from countries outside the European Union must be validated in advance.
Orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock and payment, they will be processed in order of arrival.
If an order cannot be partially or fully satisfied, the customer will be contacted by our team, to the registered email.
Payments are received in euros, regardless of the currency in which the transaction is made. Conversion fees for payments made in other currencies must be borne by the customer.

As the transport service is contracted to a company, possible delays in deliveries cannot be resolved by SOCALEIRAS, and in these cases it is not possible to guarantee exact delivery times.
If for some reason the customer cannot receive the order at the place indicated when ordering or pick it up at the place indicated by the carrier, the customer is requested to immediately contact the SOCALEIRAS Online Store. Ask for help via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All products sent by SOCALEIRAS must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, he must immediately return it to the transport company, indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip and immediately inform the SOCALEIRAS Online Store via email email@example.com.
If, after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items is not in compliance, he is requested to contact our online store immediately via the email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and of all the items, so that the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.
05.Returns and complaints
Our Online Store allows the return of products within 14 days, properly packed (in their original packaging) and without signs of use.
To request an exchange or return, the customer is requested to contact SOCALEIRAS via the email email@example.com indicating the invoice and order number.
The return of defective products and wrong shipments is the responsibility of SOCALEIRAS, as well as the shipping and collection costs when the customer communicates this situation within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product. Once the goods have been received at our facilities and after validating their condition accordingly, the value will be returned (except for shipping costs) by bank transfer.
SOCALEIRAS is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence and poor storage conditions by the Customer.
These general conditions of sale online can be changed without prior notice, and therefore must be consulted before placing any order.
